By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

What We Provide
Headroom is an AI-powered video captioning service that helps creators add professional-quality captions and subtitles to their videos. Our Service includes:

- • Multiple export formats (720p, 1080p)
- • Custom caption themes and styling options
- • Real-time caption editing and customization
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
User Obligations
Permitted Use
- • Use the Service for personal or commercial content creation
- • Upload videos you own or have rights to use
- • Share generated captions on social media platforms
- • Provide feedback to help improve our Service
Prohibited Activities
- • Upload copyrighted content without permission
- • Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
- • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
- • Distribute malware or engage in fraudulent activities
Payment Terms
Pricing and Billing
- • Free plan: Limited to 5 videos
- • Pro plan: ₹99 upfront, then ₹399/month
- • Cancel anytime - that's our trust philosophy
- • All payments are processed securely through third-party providers
- • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
Refunds and Cancellations
Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of all videos, content, and materials you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it for providing our captioning services.
Our Technology
All rights, title, and interest in our technology, algorithms, software, and Service remain with us. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our Service.
Generated Captions
You own the captions generated from your content and may use them commercially. However, the underlying AI technology and processing methods remain our intellectual property.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Headroom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
Service Limitations
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of generated captions. AI technology has limitations and may produce errors.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Upon termination, we will delete your account data within 30 days, except as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
